In our continued mission to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Southern Harford County we dedicate this year's proceeds to two wonderful Harford County nonprofits.

Heart of Justice: Just Advice Clinic at Village of Lakeview
The Harford County Bar Foundation (HCBF) will provide a brief Advice Clinic serving women, children, and families in need of immediate free legal advice, assist and identify areas of need, fill out needed forms, and contact support agencies on behalf of the client. They will provide follow up service and direct representation as appropriate.

"The Heart of Justice: Just Advice Clinic" at the Village of Lakeview is funded by a $6,800 grant from the Southern Harford Rotary. Harford County Bar Foundation is one of two recipients of the proceeds raised by the organization's 5th Annual Snow Ball in January 2016. 

The Walter and Betty Ward Family Center Y
The Y in Central Maryland provides affordable child care for families in Southern Harford County through their Riverside Preschool, and their Before and After School Enrichment programs (BASE) at Abingdon Elementary, Deerfield Elementary, Riverside Elementary, and William Paca Elementary.
